Are bestsmile practices open?
bestsmile practices are open in compliance with all hygiene measures and rules of conduct of the FOPH!
What hygiene measures apply in the practices?
All hygiene measures and rules of conduct of the FOPH apply, such as the obligation to wear a mask and the social distancing rules. In addition, there is sufficient disinfectant available in every practice.
Our staff wear protective masks and gloves as well as safety goggles during treatment.
What should I pay attention to when visiting the practice?
Please wear a face mask, disinfect your hands and keep a distance of at least 2 metres from other customers.
Before your appointment, we will also ask you about your health and measure your temperature with a contactless thermometer.
Please also avoid rush hour if you are coming by public transport.
What happens if I arrive late for my appointment?
If the delay cannot be avoided, please inform us as soon as possible – we will be happy to arrange a new appointment with you. You can find the contact details of your bestsmile practice here .
It’s best to plan enough time to get to your appointment on time. This is to ensure that we can properly disinfect and ventilate the rooms beforehand.
Furthermore, we can ensure that there are never too many customers in the waiting area.
What if I belong to a risk group?
Please contact your bestsmile practice before arranging an appointment. Your dentist will assess if the treatment can be carried out in your case.
Can I bring somebody with me to the appointment?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer a waiting area in the practice to anyone other than our patients.
In what case should I reschedule my appointment?
If you feel ill before your appointment, if you have been in a high-risk area in the last 2 weeks or if you have had contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19.
Please call your bestsmile practice – we will be happy to reschedule your appointment after you have consulted a doctor and/or taken a covid test.
