Our grinding guard is not suitable for children and teenagers under 16, as tooth and jaw development is still ongoing.

There are no known health risks associated with the bestsmile Relax Retainer.

Yes, you can wear the Relax Retainer during pregnancy. Due to the additional relaxation, wearing the grinding guard can even have a positive effect during pregnancy.
