The Relax Retainer can alleviate or prevent symptoms of nocturnal clenching and grinding:

• Tooth wear

• Headache

• Back pain

• Pain in the jaw joint

• Neck pain

Insert the Relax Retainer every night before going to bed.

If you notice that you are also clenching or grinding your teeth a lot during the day, you can also wear it earlier.

You should wear your Relax Retainer at night – at least 6 to 8 hours.

Wearing your Relax Retainer should not be painful.

To clean your Relax Retainer, use cold running water. You may also use a toothbrush and a little white toothpaste if necessary.
